What is Aquatic Integration or AI?
Aquatic Integration is a unique approach to hydrotherapy that relaxes the muscles while supporting the entire spine. The body is in a completely gravity-free environment. The warmth and buoyancy of the water encourages a
deep state of relaxation allowing for the release of body restrictions, holding patterns, stress, tension and subtle trauma. In a nutshell…Aquatic Integration is a technique that promotes body movement and alignment in the water.
